Braces/Dentist?
okay well i had an appointment hmm.. dec 7 .. with the ordontic?? (sorry i cant spell).. anywho.. he looked @ my teeth and said i should get braces so.. we made another appointment and i finally got a call awhile ago and its the last week of may.. so what wil they do when i go ?? he said i will need 2 teeth pulled out . so will he pull the teeh out or what??? .. thanks

I think he meant pulled out like moved. If thats what he meant he'll use the braces to do that. When they put the braces in first they get a mold of your mouth. Then they fit your 2 round brackets (that go all the way around your teeth on your back 2 teeth). Next they glue all the little brackets on your teeth with special tooth glue. After, they put a wire in and tighten it. Next they use some colorful bands (you get to choose the colors) to hold the wire(you can switch these later) . The braces dont hurt very much going in but later they begin to hurt and the pain lasts about 3 days. GOOD LUCK! <3

The oral surgeon will pull the teeth, they won't pull them out there. They might take moulds, pictures and then you get the braces on.
What they will do, is put molding on your teeth to get a better look..and no they wont pull out your teeth..they usually send you to a dentist or sumthin. [source: Yahoo! Answers]
